What are the hidden costs in your plans?
There aren't any. We do charge more for e-commerce and membership sites because they take more work, and we offer custom plans for highly complex sites. Once a plan is agreed, there are never any additional costs. Over 95% of our clients are on one of our standard plans.
Am I going to be locked into a long contract?
We bill annually because we put a lot of effort in at the start: moving the site, refreshing it, fixing bad code, setting up SEO properly. If you ever want to break up, we only ask for 30 days' notice so we can get your site ready to send to you. We'll even move it for you at no charge, because we want the door open when you come back.
What's the difference between Growth and Growth Plus?
Both include support your way, unlimited small changes, hosting, security, backups and monthly reports. Growth Plus adds unlimited changes of any size, always-on SEO and AI search optimization, a design refresh every 12 months, an AI chatbot that captures leads and bookings, automated Google reviews and review responses, an email newsletter platform and quarterly strategy sessions.
Can I pay monthly?
No. Both plans are billed once a year, which is what lets us keep the price flat. Billing starts the day you sign up.
Who owns my website?
You do, 100%. All work is done for hire, so your content, images and website belong to you.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Web Done Well provides white-label website management and support for agencies, and we love working with our clients' ad, marketing and SEO agencies.
